A friendly bloke, was happy to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable and he was able to give me general advice on buying cars, made me feel very comfortable. I was asked questions about what I wanted out of a new vehicle. He even suggested vehicles he thought I might like that he didn't have to sell me, he listened to what I wanted, and he told me the pros and cons in the other vehicles I was interested at looking at from other places. I went away and came back a few days later after thinking about my options, and I paid a deposit and he was happy to keep it for me until I was ready
