Tracy Wallwork is one of our longest serving hairdressers, Celebrating her 30th year at Heaven Hair. Tracy did her apprenticeship at Heaven Hair at 16 years old. Abbie has worked at Heaven hair for 8 years, she atteneded Above Bar College to Obtain her NVQ Level 2 and Level 3. Chelsea is a fun loving and bubbly girl.

Hair extensions are perfect if you are looking for a long term solution to add length and thicken your hair. These lightweight, almost undetectable metal rings are applied to your own hair; the hair extension is then clamped tightly inside the ring holding it securely to your natural hair. These tiny rings, which are coloured to blend in with your own hair will not be visible.

Been having my hair done here since I was 11 couldn’t fault it in any way. The staff are all lovely and welcoming it’s always such a nice atmosphere. Recently been having nano rings done and literally the best thing ever! Always a text away for any queries too which is very appreciated:)

L have been using Heaven Hair as my only hairdresser for the past 9 years and get the same result every time that's why I keep going back. The staff are very helpful and most friendly and am always pleased with the service they provide for me. I recently had hi-lights and a trim am very pleased with the finished look, Becky is my hair stylist and knows exactly how I like my colour and cut. Thanks Becky love it....

I have been going to Heaven Hair for roughly about 15 years now. Steve the salon owner has been fabulous and I trust him impeccably with cutting/colouring my hair, not once have I ever had a bad experience with him or any other member of his saloon. I started to have nano hair extensions in May this year and Tiggy who put them in and also does my 4 weekly maintenance on them is absolutely amazing, I couldn’t believe the transformation when i first had my extensions put in, I actually burst into tears. My 13 year old daughter also goes to the salon to have her cut, when she was much younger she

Have been a regular at Heaven Hair for approx 15 years. I travel about 1 hour to go there rather than anywhere closer because I know I will always get what I want, at the time booked, at the price quoted and with friendly and kind staff! However, there was one occasion the stylist was not prepared to do the colour I had asked for, because, at that time my hair wouldn't withstand the dye/bleach (not sure exactly what) so as much as I didn't get the very light colour I originally wanted, I was still pleased with the results and grateful for the advice!! Have had various colours, cuts, trims, styles

Really cannot recommend this salon enough, have always had my hair coloured and styled here on the basis they never let me down and always a brilliant result , but I did make the mistake of getting my extensions done else where and they were badly color matched and very poorly fitted, so called the team at heaven who really were sympathetic and very helpful got me back in and it was far worse than what the pictures showed so they removed them all an re toned and re fitted new extensions for me and all I had to pay was for the new hair. That just shows how brilliant they really are and how much

Finally I have found a salon where I have been extremely pleased with the results, on every occasion! I love my new colour, and each time I have my hair cut, I get exactly what I have asked for. A fantastic salon, with a lovely atmosphere and such talented staff! Oh and not to mention the products they use...love them too.
Looking forward to my next appointment. I would definitely have no hesitation, in recommending Heaven hair!! 😊

Let me start this by saying I have been a loyal customer of Heaven for 3 years, unfortunately due to recent events I will not be going back.
Back in July I asked for a Balyage, I showed numerous pictures of how I wanted this to look and was told this was possible. When I got home my sister asked me why my hair was ginger, and she was right, when looking at my hair at home I could see I was extremely ginger and not the warm brown with rose gold I had asked for (I will include photos of what I showed the stylist and what I ended up with).
I contacted Heaven to have this corrected, initially I was

Love this place so much that I travel literally over an hour and a half to get my hair done here. They’re so lovely and professional and the location is actually really cool inside!!! Easy to get to as well. Not a budget salon but certainly not tooo expensive and the quality of the services is superb. I have curly, dry hair and yet we’ve been able to safely lift the colour (with olaplex giving a helping hand) and I’ve LOVED every visit I’ve had there. I’m fussy about hairdressers too!
