Justine Soper is the driving force behind JLS Solicitors. She has worked in legal practice since leaving school at age 16. Preferring to stay and work to gain valuable experience, at the same time she undertook her legal studies through part time attendance at college and evening classes.
Firstly, she gained her Legal Executive qualification and, in 1997, attained Solicitor status, with a distinction from the prestigious Guildford College of Law now the University of Law - Guildford, earning a Law Society prize for the highest grades on her course that year.

Cohabitation primarily relates to couples who are in an intimate relationship on a permanent or long term basis, without entering into marriage or civil partnership. At JLS Solicitors, we can draw up a Cohabitation Agreement for you. Similar to a pre-nuptial agreement, it seeks to protect each partner's assets in the event of the relationship ending.

Hi my advise is to stay away from this solicitors. I was dealing with them last year in my divorce process. I've spent 8k and they managed to do questionaire and one section 25 which they didn't do it properly as it should be and they also recognised their mistake also when they are in touch with you they will pretend they don't understand so they can contact you on many occasions to top up their invoice at the end. I wouldn't recommend them at all. I was very disappointed.if you think for your money stay away from them.

The team at JLS could not have been more focused on my needs. They took time to get to know me, my situation and my requirements, at their own time and cost.
