I used Stones recently to sell my flat at the Stanmore Place development.
Stones were super friendly, professional and helpful throughout.
Particular shout-outs to Jodie, Richard and Ben!
From the initial valuation (which was very reasonable and realistic) to finding a buyer (which they managed in ultra fast record time) to fantastic after care between offer-to-exchange-to-completion, I couldn't find a fault.

Suzie and the team, from Stones Residential in Stanmore, have been without doubt beyond exceptional in helping us find and secure our dream flat to downsize too. Suzie rang me very shortly after I subscribed to their mailing list and showed me a property right away which turned out to be the one. The entire process was speedy and stress free and Suzie always responded to our queries and requests for viewings extremely quickly and absolutely nothing was too much trouble and she was very approachable and gave us time to look around the property without feeling rushed. If I could give a review rating with 100 stars then I would! Suzie Andrews and Ben Crane in the Stanmore branch were absolutely amazing. From the first moment, they were professional, understanding and committed. They helped us secure the property we wanted in a very tough market. They understood our needs and helped us along the way.
Sarah Morgan was fantastic as progressing the sale. She is experienced, knowledgeable and extremely approachable. Sarah helped us overcome a couple of hurdles with professionalism, empathy and success!

I recently sold my property through Stones Residential and can easily recommend their services. They're very easy to deal with and they absolutely know this area. They have modern tech for managing a portfolio of ready & willing buyers, they use the latest photography equipment to generate virtual property tours, and they provide PropertyFile so you can track the progress of the sale easily online. This was all done during the pandemic and their professional attitude was maintained throughout.
