Bought a Mazda 3 from here trading an old one in on finance to get another car on finance. Vehicle was and still is due a service in less than a thousand miles and while there we noticed 3 defective tyres (a front one bold on the edges and close to the legal limit and the rears cracked and perished exposing the chords) overheated and warped brake discs located on the front and the rear which we were told will be sorted once we’ve got the vehicle home in a garage close to home due to a prior sticking caliper. Then to be told with Christmas it will have to wait until after then and we are now on

Honestly one of the best dealerships I've been to, I genuinely can't recommend highly enough to visit this place. The staff were very kind and helpful in selling my BMW for the right price and getting a lovely replacement car. Bought an Hyundai i 40 from Quality cars & Commercials . Initially there was a couple of issues with the car , But i have to say there service received from Casper was 1 st class ( the issues where no ones fault and unforeseeable )
I notified the dealer and they immediately instructed me to book it into a garage . The repairs took a couple of weeks to resolve but this was a supply issue not an issue with the dealer. The repairs where carried out and paid for without any hassle . They extended my warranty as a gesture of good faith to 12 mths .

These jokers just had me travel 260 miles from Scotland to look at a car that was completely junk with bits hanging off it. Their description pulled straight from their ebay ad is as follows
" Great looking car- tidy inside out, inspected and approved by our on-site technician " I think their technician is in the wrong job & their salesman is blind. £240 of my money wasted travelling to look at a very poorly described & unsafe car. Wing was glued to the front bumper with clear silicone, side door trim was flapping about hanging off every panel had scratches on it. Do yourself a favour & DO NOT

Travelled from South of Gloucester 90 miles to see the mazda 6. Perfectly happy with the car and after we found the locking wheel nut missing the guys at Quality Cars paid for the locking nuts to be removed and replaced with normal nuts. Couldn't ask for any more than that. Friendly and professional service from Mark. Thanks guys and would recommend checking this place out. Happy customer!

I bought my heavily pregnant daughter a nice Hyundai i20 from these knowledgeable, courteous and reliable gentlemen. She needed a car that was big enough for a growing family. They were very professional in their dealings with us and even went as far as sending their mechanic out to her home address, a week after purchasing the car, to fix a minor door lock issue. I'll be visiting them again when it comes to buying myself another car. Highly recommended. :)
