We cannot begin to thank Avari Events enough for their incredible attention to detail, understanding and excellent customer service when supporting our school with our leavers event. As a school for young people with SEND we really wanted this to be a celebration of their wonderful achievements and Avari events enabled this.

Nikesh and I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and your team for the beautiful decor you did for our wedding reception. Everyone commented on how elegant and stunning the venue looked. You captured our rustic garden theme perfectly, with great ideas you suggested along the way too. We really appreciate all the help and guidance you gave us throughout all the planning for our reception, and the night was just perfect in every way. We chose Avari events as our suppliers for the Mandap set-up and we couldn't have been happier with how it all lookd on the day. The quality of the mandap was great and it looked beautiful. The only thing I would reccomend when dealing with Avari is to ensure what is included in your package, as we had to purchase wider carpet, although the original images we were usuing to discuss the look at set-up (which was taken from their website) looked like it had the wider carpet, but when I explained how I wanted to make my entrance, I was told at that point that we would need wider carpet which our package

The team at Avari were efficient, friendly and professional. They responded to all my emails clearly and I knew what I was getting with my set up. They arrived promptly and made everything work, even though we had a few issues with our marquee - the team adapted and the decor looked BEAUTIFUL. It was exactly what we wanted so I'm incredibly thankful to them for going above and beyond! It made the event extra special and tied our rustic theme together. Thank you for all your hard work!!

When we arrived on the day of our event- everything was set up we were expecting and the centre pieces/backdrop looked AMAZING! A lot of our guests commented on the back drop in particular.
The experience working with Avari was very easy - they were flexible around our needs and patient in responding to our multiple and very specific requests.
I would recommend using Avari. My one tip would be that they have LOADS to offer so the more specific you can be - the easier it is for them to help you!
