WOW is all i can say. So pleased with our artwork - it’s stunning ❤️ (my pictures don’t do it justice) There was a slight delivery difficulty/challenge due to couriers but Sophie and Alex couldn’t have been… more helpful (huge thank you girls). They both provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The picture (greavsy king and queen of the jungle) is stunning, well made, beautifully framed and takes pride of place in our dining room. Couldn’t be more pleased with our choice. I'm so disappointed with this company. We ordered a large framed picture which took over 3 weeks to arrive. Within less than this time we had made to measure fitted large wardrobes made and delivered! I rang customer services to see when the picture would be delivered and I found the girl I spoke with to be rude and patronising. This was my first… bad experience with this company and as a new customer I wasn't impressed at all with the way I had been spoken to. Finally the picture was received, I was so excited to get it but upon opening it we saw the frame was very different to the one
