Great agency, in fact the best agency i work for since I've construction. Pay rate the best and I never had any problems with my payment. Scott is the guy to seek there. He gets the jobs looks after you. If there any problem you have he takes it as it's his personal problem. I wish all was like him. Great person great agency.

Useless firm!
They don't know the difference between a towercrane and a spider crane!
As a result of this, they end up sending workers to jobs which they don't have the relevent tickets for!
When you are working on site for them they constantly ring you to ask you to beg the site to take on labourers!
The will send 2 labourers to a job full well knowing that one of them will be left out of work!
It got so bad that the site manager at Dean and Dean construction refused to use them ever again as he felt sorry for the lads they kept turning away!
They also sent me a text for work a day after

Made an agreement with Charlotte for 9hrs per day @ £19 per hour. Trade rec paid 8 hrs..while the guys I'm working beside got paid 9 hrs. After disputing the issue. They renegotiated at 8hrs paid @ £21 per hour and refused to pay the missing hours or financial shortfall for the 1st 2 weeks. Then didn't honour the 2nd agreement and only paid 40 hrs @ £19, of the 48 due for the 3rd week..time sheets submitted and signed off. She then tried to blame the client. The client has decided after the way they treat workers and their lies..they will remove all trade workers and never use them again.much

I have been working for trade recruitment for over 3 years now. Iam a painter/decorator. During this period I have constantly been given jobs. I have had no issues with payment or work. I work with Charlotte and Amy. Charlotte has been awesome, she is super polite, she checks on me constantly to ask how work is and sometimes comes to the site with little treats. I have been offered company jobs while on site many times. This is because I am always on time, I am very polite and do a great job for her clients. I prefer to stay with trade recruitment cause I have the never had issues with money or

I used to speak highly of this agency but not anymore since they wanted write me off for missing one day and being late on another after previously being an ideal worker never missing a day and always on time so I do not understand why they want to take this stance not only that they claim that they are giving you a decent long-term placement then you arrive only to find that the placement is not as long as they said it was going to be and often the pay is not what they said it was going to be either I don't understand why anybody would want to use this agency especially when they are rude when

Do not work for this agency. they over supply trades and labour to jobs in the hope that a candidate turns up. i have been sent to multiple jobs now by these guys and each time i have had no work on the day and they expect me to just be happy anout it. if ypu want to lose pay out of your week then definately work for trade recruitment as you will not work and they wont do a thing about it. 2019

Easy fast and effective enrolment. Easy fast and effective induction. I received every penny they agreed to pay me on the day we agreed.
The lady I dealt with was Polite, professional and impeccable with her word. The rate of pay was well above any where else offering the same job roles.
Over all just a great experience.
I would certainly use them again and recommend to anyone looking to either find work or staff for their business.
