Avoid with a plague this place. Bought car with 3 buckled alloys. Vibration noise. Aftercare is shocking with these guys. No help whatsoever. Denied any knowledge of the buckled alloys even though there was more than one invoice for wheel balancing prior to me collecting car so clearly there has been issues with the wheels. Rejected car within 30 days and refusing to take car back. Matter is still ongoing.......

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Steve could not do enough for me, and was determined to get me down to the monthly price I was looking to pay.
All Covid measures were adhered to once I arrived for pickup, and the purchase process was swift, yet thorough.

I highly recommend Top Cars! I recently purchased a performance vehicle from them and the process was straight forward and stress free. Bought a car several months ago and given me nothing but grief. Sold to me with 2 tyres very worn, warning light for lights not working, key buttons not working, petrol cap connector broken and a knocking noise when the car is standstill for too long.
Called Tony the day after i bought it to ask how to get it resolved. He said they had done a thorough healthcheck and to call the 3rd party extended warranty i purchased I had any issues (the day after I had bought it I repeat. )
Told I had the top level of warranty that would cover absolutely anything (including wear and tear) so I asked the warranty

Bought my second car from this dealership beginning of this year after being very pleased with my first purchase, a Porsche Cayman kept for 2 years.
When buying my second car from them (Jaguar F type) I was told there was a balance of 2 years transferable warranty on it. Upon phoning the warranty company I was told the warranty was not transferable, I have been trying to sort this out ever since with Topcars with no joy, they don’t even reply to my e-mails any more. Just as I thought I had found a decent company to deal with - feel very disappointed and let down.
This issue has now been resolved

Picked a car up from these guys today. I have to say that the car exceeded my expectations. They say they buy the best examples in the country and after viewing today and driving home i dont doubt that for a second. Very easy and straightforward deal,no hassle at all,the car was ready even after i brought the collection date forward by a week. Very strange buying a car with only seeing it in photos, however I need not have worried. The car was exactly as specified, the quality and condition exceeded expectations for an 18-month-old car, the way it was presented on collection it could easily have passed as new.
Great service from Steve at Top Cars, the purchase was wrapped up within 24 hours over the phone without much fuss on his part. Getting our FD to part with some money was another story, but Steve took it in his stride!

Bought a car from here the weekend just gone and I can honestly say it was the best experience I’ve had buying a car hands down. There was no pushing you into buying anything and both salesmen were very friendly and gave me helpful advice. Finance was completed quickly and I was on my way. I forgot some things I needed for when I was buying the car… but they placed their trust in me and allowed me to get back to them which shows they put the customer first and not many businesses would be willing to do what they did for me! No issues with the car so far either and I feel confident
