Our aim is to make your day extra special. You will have exclusive use of all our facilities for your 3 day wedding.
The courtyard is a recent addition to the farm. It used to be a place where the dairy cows would happily walk through, now it provides a tranquil, sunny place to greet your guests after your wedding ceremony. A great place for family group photos, children playing or to relax before your meal with some acoustic music.
What a great place for your wedding reception, the cowhouse offers such versatility, whether you want a formal 3 course meal, a buffet, picnic, street food, paella, your wedding your choice. Whatever you are looking for, we pride ourselves on being able to accommodate all queries with a fast, professional turnaround and a "can do" attitude.
Stanford Farm is set in 52 acres of rolling Shropshire country side and woodlands. Just a mile from the Welsh Border. it has a lake, an oval green ideal for afternoon games and entertainment, fields, fields and more fields. In 2021 we planted 1500 trees of mixed variety as part of our commitment to our eco friendly policies.
New for 2021, our Tipi is ideal as a chill-out area for use in the afternoon and evening. Offering shade on sunny days or undercover (for more inclement weather), our Tipi has picnic tables and a sofa inside and has a purpose built open fire in the centre for the night-time. It is included in your package price.

Had a work colleague wedding in this venue last week. Excellent location for weddings. It's a unique location with good vibes. Really had a great time. Only minor issue I noted is that car park area does not have any lights when it's dark. Hope the management will add some lights, for the safety and convenient of the guests.
