Rob and his team did a terrific job! A number of our windows werent even operable, and now all are fitted properly, and open and close with ease. He replaced the secondary glazing along with a windowsill we discovered had rotted. He was there to help and advise from start to finish - laying out our options, providing clear cost estimates and doing the repair work on schedule. We highly recommend Rob and his team!

We replaced the front set of windows on our Victorian terraced property with double-glazed hardwood sash windows made and fitted by Traditional Carpentry, and Robert and his team were outstanding. Rob had actually helped us repair a number of windows at the property several years ago, and did such a good job we tracked him down when we wanted to replace them.
Rob provided a detailed budget and timeframe at the outset, and kept to both, and he promised great quality and absolutely delivered. His team went above and beyond, even doing general maintenance work around the windows to sort some rot without charging. A very reliable, honest and hardworking team - I would highly recommend and we will definitely use again in future.

Traditional Carpentry Ltd proved to be a great choice of company to replace our UPVC windows with timber sash windows.
From initial consultation and planning, through to project sign off, the communication with Robert and Ryan was excellent (both via email and by phone) and they made sure we were kept informed about the relevant timescales and project plan.
We are very pleased with our new windows. Not only do they look great, but they make a massive difference to the amount of light entering the rooms, particularly with the reinstatement of the swept heads. Traditional Carpentry Ltd were also very competitive in terms of price.
The installation itself went very smoothly and it was a pleasure to have such a professional and hard working team in the house. At the end of each day, Robert did a walk through with me to explain progress and next steps, which was very reassuring.
We would have no hesitation in using Traditional Carpentry Ltd again.

From the initial survey to the manufacture and completion of installation of 6 windows, Robert and his team were excellent!!!! There was consistent communication and updates so that we were able to plan accordingly. The work on site was completed with no fuss and incredible professionalism. Windows are solid and secure. So very pleased with our new look. Would highly recommend!!!

Great service from Rob. We had rotting sash windows - inside and out. His quote was bang on despite rising prices of materials. Professional and respectful of our home. Liaised with other trades who were painting the outside of our building, Rob fixed our external window frames before the sashes were ready and ensured they were painted before the scaffolding came down. He sent us photos and updates of his progress as we were not there, and he left our home tidier than we left it! Would highly recommend 5 star service.
