Having used MoveStore for a long distance move from Dyce to Edinburgh and also used their storage facilities, they were the obvious choice when it came to moving an upright piano from my brother’s property to mine. Andy and Eric collected the piano and delivered it to my flat. They tackled the job very professionally considering the best way to manoeuvre the piano safely into my living room. Once it was in the room, they made sure I was completely happy with where it was situated. Another successful move !

This is our Third time using movestore, we moved with them recently, a really professional and great team, were able to get us moved over to our new house extremely efficiently and within a couple hours for what was a decently packed 2 bedroom flat, really impressed with there service as usual, and will continue to use them for any future removals

None of our possesions were damaged, chipped or marked in any way, superb. Great experience moving long distance, quoted over a video call, all very efficient kept us posted what was happening once booked with them. On the day they went around property with us checking what was going what was staying. They laid down floor protectors and took shoes off for going up and down stairs very polite friendly and respectful of property and goods. Moving into property again same care taken with floors etc fast service and put everything where we wanted. Thanks so much took away a big headache for us.

If I could put 10/10 would do so. We moved a number of times internationally and twice in Edinburgh. Both my wife and I are really impressed by Cameron, Ferguson and James. Very friendly and responsive, reasonable for last minute changes and requests. And very professional in actual work, brought protective covers for the doors and floors, protective covers for furniture. Very polite, well mannered. Moved everything safely, fast and with a smile. Could not recommend them more.

The 5 star reviews are spot on with these guys. My moving day had a last minute issue which left me in some state by the time the guys came. They were reassuring, kind and efficient, turned what was a terrible morning into a stress free moving day. Can't say a bad word about the service. Couldnt fault the guys at move store when moving. They were so helpful and accommodating at such short notice after we were let down with another company.
