Michelle has successfully navigated us through the self build mortgage process, including 2 separate applications following disappointment with a nil-valuation of the first where we were shocked! She was always very calm, knowledgeable, friendly, and always available on email or phone whenever we needed her. She did all of the heavy lifting with our application to make sure it was successful, always interacting with the lenders to understand their needs and wants.

We have gone through numerous solicitors as we changed lender and current solicitors didn't meet the needs of the new lender, but Michelle was always able to recommend an alternate and helped coordinate and communicate through to success. Words cannot describe how professional and quick this company is at getting the mortgage illustrations and details to us. We took the decision to use Mayflower after waiting weeks with for RBS to respond to any of our queries, and providing the same information over and over again, we nearly gave up.
