From enquiry to fitting we had a professional service without pressure. Lee advised and helped us to choose the right floor for our room. Dates were settled quickly for the job. The small problem with the screed was sorted promptly, delaying the job only by 24 hour - Lee reorganised quickly. Danny and Callum worked hard to fit the floor in a surprisingly short time and cleared up well. Our floor looks lovely and brightens our room. Great job. Thanks Lee.

We've just had some Elka engineered flooring fitted to our lounge, dining room and hallway - it looks amazing! No door plates between the rooms so all flows beautifully - Lee was so helpful and between him and the fitters managed to come up with a way to fit the wood to our unexpected wonky floors.they even came back on Saturday to finish the work as it had taken so much longer than planned and we had a family party the following week. Couldn't recommend them more, I had to shoo Dan out the door on Saturday afternoon as he didn't want to leave a mess! Top job, one very satisfied customer.

Floorland were brilliant from start to finish. Great communication and knowledgable about what we needed. Everyone we spoke to was polite and friendly and we've had loads of compliments on how lovely the floor looks. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again.

I have had an incredible experience with this company! They really saved my bacon because of the flooring shortages right now (and also shortage of HGV drivers ect) I was trying to get Quickstep Impressive Ultra Soft Oak Grey from various retailers, to no avail, even Quickstep is sold out until end of October from most of this range and colours. Unfortunately, 2 boards got damaged in transit but Lee went above and beyond and has now supplied me two new replacement boards from a pack.

Sometimes this happens with products damaged in transit and is inevitable but Lee and his team were very helpful/supportive with this. Lee went to great lengths to get my flooring and secured it from a specific supplier delivered to his store to then get it to me. If I had not found this company I would of had to cancel all my other trades and delay. Thankyou so much Lee! :D Once my flooring gets installed end of next month, I shall post a picture here in an update of the flooring.

I was looking someone who could remove all my carpets and put a new hard floor in entire house. Following people's recommendations I have decided to ask Floor Land to complete the job. Lee was extremely professional, gave advices and guarantee for his job. The whole process was smooth, well planned with no stress at all, as I was unable to remove my fournitre from the house, but the team managed to fit the floor perfectly, on time, leaving the house clean.

New floor survived fitting new bedrooms and kitchen and still looks like a new as the fitters paid attention to the details. If you are looking for new floor, you can't go wrong with this company. Thank you, very happy customer.

Amazing customer service, needed 2 packs of laminate and could not get it anywhere, called floor land and they had 2 packs in which they had left over from a job, despite knowing i desperatly needed it and couldnt get it elsewhere sold it to me at an amazing price when they could have sold it to me for a lot more, thanks very much and couldnt recommend them enough.
