We were directed to Eastern Garage Doors by Hormann as our local distributor, and went to see them in May 2020. From our first meeting to installation last week (February 2021) our dealings with everyone from the company have been exemplary. Their showroom had a good range of different doors which made it easier to choose than from catalogues alone. We had a pair of sectional doors fitted last week. They have remote control opening and have been fitted into an old (250 years) stable building. They look very smart and neatly finished, and the opening one works well. The other is a dummy door. The fitters were experienced, knowledgeable and cleared the site well before leaving and handing over.
The four star rating really applies to the communication with the sales and admin following placing the order which fell below expected standard - having to chase a date for fitting and messages not returned. Overall we are very happy with the doors and installation. Thank you Eastern Garage Doors.

Fantastic service! I had an issue with my garage door which caused it not to be able to be opened. It's the only access to the garage so I was stuck! I made contact with Eastern Garage Doors and they were extremely helpful. Very prompt in their response and also did exactly what they said they would do. They arrived early for the appointment and also adhered to the social distancing guidelines and as someone who is having to shield, they took every step to make sure this was handled.
The door was managed to be fixed without much hassle. They also followed up to make sure everything was alright. I can't recommend them enough! It's a breath of fresh air to actually deal with a respectable company who care! Thank you!

An excellent company - highly recommended. The salesman was very professional and gave me a very clear quote and lots of advice on roller vs sectional dooors. I went for two sectionals with one motorised. Ordering was easy over the phone. After waiting a few weeks I received a phone call as promised to arrange fitting. The fitter Carl was superb. He was meticulous and worked really hard on his own to fit the two garage doors in one day.
He was very polite and professional. There was a minor problem with a broken plastic cover but he returned two days later to fit a replacement. The doors look very neat and are quiet and smooth.
