Sav provided a top quality service, him being a great salesman with quick responses to messages and overall high quality customer service, unfortunately we had a few sever stumbles along the way with the vehicle in which myself and Sav were both quite shocked at, however in response to these problems Sav was quick to rectify the mistakes even working out of hours, unfortunately I cannot leave a 5start review as we did have issues a long the way however if those issues were not there I would give a 5star and would highly recommend Sav as I would be willing to go back to him in the future for purchasing

Sadly it was a rush purchase and we didn’t check properly. After having to pay for him to MOT the car. As it fell 10 days outside his 3 month limit. Failing on a tyre and he then put on a part worn. Promised a valet of the car so obvious that never happened when we arrived he was hovering himself. Drive away notice hug crack in screen. Called him to be told we must have caused it. Eventually ins excess refunded. However faulty electric wing mirror. Went back once and couldn’t be sorted as wrong part. Now no reply at all to any messages. Make sure you check everything sadly would not recommend

Purchased my Golf from Auto Market Bristol Ltd, the Gentleman was an absolute delight. explained everything with the car with fine detail. It was my first car purchase so I was a little apprehensive at first. He put me totally at ease, no fuss, no pressure. I took it for a test drive and the car was exactly what I was looking for. Purchased a Ford Mondeo Titanium X in April, the car was not as described, it had damaged wheels, dents in bodywork and bald tyres etc. The dealer promises to sort the bits I am not happy with and I return a week later to collect the car bald tyres have been replaced with part worn tyres of different make each side, the dent has had an attempt to fix it by some back street car sprayer, the final result is very poor. In the weeks following the purchase, it comes to light that the MOT which he states was 9 months is actually 5 months, the air condition does not work and costs me £320 to put right
