I have to agree with the one star reviews. They have ignored my emails regarding the state of the parking in our apartments. The paint denoting the parking spaces has disappeared and it is now a free for all. The fact that we have to pay for the parking spaces which tonight I had to park in another area is appalling. No response from JP

I find the reviews below unfair. My propertys garden is kept well, waste facilities are above and beyond and the repairs team have also been quick to respond to any issues. For example, when some tenants had dumped their used furniture this was quick to be removed once I'd reported it.
The building I live in is not the prettiest building on the world, but for £85 a month it is fantastic value for money.
You don't pay for the perks of some of the more modern buildings, but you get good value for what you pay.

Do yourself a favor and please stay away from this company. I am surprised he is still able to operate. He comes across as a very friendly man that knows what he is doing, reality is way far from this. You will not get any proper accounts, no AGM meetings in 7 years, despite the fact of requesting those. Any works will take forever to get done, if they ever get done, which is unlikely. When you eventually decide to get rid of him, he will make the handover so difficult that you will end up

I totally disagree with the reviews on this page. I have been using John Price and Company for many years and I have always Found John to be knowledgeable and trustworthy and the office staff are usually helpful.
It’s a small company that may not be as ‘high tech’ as some of the other ‘fly by night’ companies - who in my opinion only ever seem to be around for a short while and are mainly operated by Juveniles. I won’t be changing Companies that’s for sure! I feel safe with JP&Co as my Managing Agent

I have been paying maintenance fees for 25 years. We got moved across from CPM and it has been a complete shambles. We pay £85 per month now for somebody to mow the lawn once a month and a window cleaner who comes God knows when. Vacuuming has stopped. I have reported countless things to them, fallen walls, damaged out houses, even my overflow pipe has been damaged by their gardeners doing the lawn and the inside wall marked by presumably the vacuum cleaner.
Our rendering has collapsed off the wall damaging my windowsill and it took them over a year to put a piece of hardboard over it and painted

Utterly abysmal service, avoid like the plague, totally unprofessional and infuriating to deal with. The staff seem to spend the majority of their time shielding John Price from any interaction with the people that employ this firm as management agents. They put the phone down on you if you disagree with them, unwilling to cooperate on every level. No AGM's called since I have been a tenant/owner, no statements of accounts provided. They seem to think they are doing us a favour and forget that they are working for US. I could go on but just avoid at all costs and save yourself a heap of trouble

A postscript to my previous post. John Price ceased to be our Managing Agent at the end of March 2017 and continues his policy of non -cooperation with our new Agents. Mr Price has also demanded that I apologise for my previous review. Of course Mr Price can publicly reply to my and the other 9 reviews ( equally damning) on this site but hasn't taken up that opportunity.
I will apologise as requested. I'm really sorry that Mr Price and his company are such a useless, lazy, self serving, unprofessional Dickensian organisation and I'm genuinely sorry for all those that continue to employ Mr Price

Arrogant, unprofessional, utterly useless. The office resembles a scene from a Dickens novel which fits in with how this company operates. Don't be fooled by the 'poor little old man' routine by the proprietor. This is an old style Managing Agent that has no place in the 21st Century. Have just managed to replace them as Managing Agents having discovered appalling practice when I became a Director of the block last year. I look forward to the end of March when they're gone. You have been warned! Have nothing to do with the this outfit. If you own a property where JP is Managing Agent or Company

Bought a flat very recently (2016).
Was asked for money missing since 2006 (!!) TEN years earlier by the previous vendor who had no recollection he ever missed a payment.
It is not even known what the payments were about.
The person in charge refuses to answer the phone.
This is AWFUL.
STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!
