Really great service to use for moving. All our items were very well packed into truck with plenty of tie-downs and blankets used to protect furniture during the journey. The moving team were professional and down-to-earth group and made the moving day very easy for us. I'd definitely recommend Custom Movers for anyone looking for a reliable, high quality moving service at a good price. :

We used Custom Movers to move from Norwich to Sheffield, and Mitchell and his team were unbelievable! They were not only professional and courteous, but they truly went the extra mile to make our move as painless and stress-free as possible. 10/10 would use them again and would recommend to anyone!

I can highly recommend them! Polite, professional and accurate. They turned up on time, wrapped everything to prevent damage during transit. We used custom removals following our booked large firm no longer being able to do the date we aimed for. We were lucky to come across Custom Movers. From the point of contact with Mitchell the experience was exceptional. They were efficient, very pleasant, very mindful of Covid (especially important as moving my elderly mother). They packed up fragile items and nothing broke.

It was a large move (2 full vans) and a long distance. All handled superbly. The team, led by Mitchell and Michele were all really helpful and thoughtful. We were very lucky to come across this company and I would not hesitate one bit to give them a 100% recommendation to anyone planning a move.

Mitchell and James were absolutely brilliant! They both worked extremely hard, fast and lifted the heaviest possessions we own They didn't waste any time, were pleasant, polite, and had a brilliant attitude. They were both mindful of how they packed the van and fitted everything using up all the space they could. They also covered the mattresses, used their protective floor rugs and wrapped our heavy belongings.

Without their help we wouldn't have been able to do the move on our own. We cannot thank Mitchell and James enough, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. We highly recommend!

Mitchell and Robert provided the best moving experience I could have asked for, they were friendly and approachable which made the experience much more relaxing, but very efficient and nothing was too much trouble. They arrived bang on time, Mitchell had been great at communicating right up to the date of the move and they made everything go so smoothly on the day. Brilliant service by Mitchell and his colleague. Quick, efficient and friendly, they made my move easy and quicker than I expected. Took great care, especially with more precious items. Dissembled and resembled furniture and tightened up any loose furniture which was a bonus. Felt a very personal service and Mitchell was easily contactable. Was quoted three or four times more by other companies who weren't as personable as Mitchell. Great value for money and would definitely recommend!

In the mad dash for the stamp duty holiday deadline Custom Movers were able to fit in my move at 2 days' notice! which enabled me to complete on my new home - for which I remain most grateful. Booked Custom Removals for a removal from a room in a shared house to a two bedroom house. They were very friendly and responsive to any messages I sent. I asked them to move two beds around between two rooms, which they did quickly and efficiently. They loaded the van quickly, asking me a few questions as they went so they didn't take anything I didn't need.

When we arrived at the new house, they were able to reverse the van up a very small lane which my partner's removal people had said wasn't possible when they tried the week before! I asked them to take a chair upstairs which they did with no argument about it, which was refreshing compared to my partner's removal men who argued the entire time. Once removals were complete they charged me a very fair price. Overall, they were efficient and friendly and made the whole experience straightforward. Thanks, will definitely be using this company again when I need to!
