We are delighted with our canopy which is both aesthetically pleasing and has provided a much needed outside learning area. The Homestyle Multi Purpose Canopy kits are available in White or Brown frame. Crescent Curved Roof Canopy is available in White only as standard. It is possible to paint the frame of any of the canopy kits a colour of your choice but this will be liable to an extra charge. Please contact the Sales Office for more details.

I only wanted a quote. Had a chat with someone on the phone and sent emails, as requested, with all measurements. Received no communication after 11 days. Tried phoning during this time, with no answer including voicemail .I tried but received no response despite emails and voicemails. When someone did finally answer, after 11 days, I was met with a lady called Heidi who gave me a price straight away. (Why not before) She then proceeded to be rude and uncooperative despite me being the potential customer. Someone (Lisa)did call me after to discuss but after Heidi’s response i’d rather

I am strongly advising not to use this service! terrible customer service,delays with delivery,no communication. I called them over 20 times just to hear different stories lies and promises. When conopy finally arrived after 15 weeks!(I was promised to get it in max 8 weeks due to pandemic) parts were missing, panels were different length, wrong screws and many more !

The canopy it’s self is great, however the customer service is horrendous and so unprofessional. The staff communication is none existent, even when complaining no one can be bothered to call you back or update you. The order took 20 weeks to come, I was told 6 weeks originally l. But can forgive this in a pandemic. I’ve now waited over 5 weeks after the delivery date for some parts that were missing with my original order and the wrongcolour guttering was sent. I’ve been told in serval occasions ‘it’s on the next delivery&rsquo
