I am not in the trade as such – however, I approached RAM's to remake, wield and fit a vital part – steering mount head – for a high-speed electric kick-scooter; I know, a 'weird request'. RAM's were not phased by this it all, on the contrary, from the office to the floor, they were responsive and even downright enthusiastic.
The result? An immensely stronger and safer part that vastly improved upon the quality of the original manufacturer. If you have something out of the ordinary, they're worth a call.
