Oakington Manor is based in Wembley, Middlesex and has large-sized function halls available to hire for your next big event. Oakington Manor is an ideal venue to hire for special occasions and has two halls for function hire. In one hall you can wine and dine 450 guests and in the second, over 750 guests.
There is a fibre internet connection and all computers come with Windows(R) 7 and Office 2010. What's more the desks can be lowered, at the press of a button, to hide the computers, allowing you to use the IT suite as a conference room. Watch the latest movies on a 4 x 3 metre screen as they are meant to be seen.
Kalani Sewa has been organizing a ten night festival - Navratri (Hindu Festival) for the past six years at Oakington Manor School (Sports Hall). Kalani Sewa would like to say a heartfelt Thank You to you and your team for another fabulous ten nights of celebrations this year! The hall was pretty great with parking available to the tune of 450 cars according to their website.
When going into the hall it reminds you of an upside down boat which has it's own charm. Speakers and projectors were also present although I am unsure if they were provided by the organisers of the event.
The only down side I would say we're the chairs as they were flimsy plastic chairs which were pretty uncomfortable to sit on for a long period of time.

Nice spacious hall with ample parking however terribly sensitive sound sensor hence making djs useless and also tripping full electricity. There is enough clearance around the hall with no close-by residents so I don't understand why it is necessary to have a sound sensor. Ruined my experience djing for a wedding reception as I had to pay more attention to the sound sensor than doing my job as DJ. Would not recommend for events such as Late receptions and parties Where loud music is a must.
