I bought a dewalt drill and impact driver last May from this shop, i got great help and advice and the owner was great. I had an issue with the charging unit and even though I had list my receipt, i took my credit card statement and the owner helped get the issue sorted under dewalt 1 year warranty. literally couldn’t have asked for a better service. Will use this shop for everything in future!

A great shop. It has a wide range of different tools available. The downside is staff didnt seem that interested to help and serve me.

So, I bought some (new) Makita kit from Main Road Tools (who incidentally were cheaper than anywhere else on line) and it stopped working 2 months later (petrol motor seized); I went back to Charlie straight away, he got involved and sent it back to Makita - the problem was solved and new replacement kit was sent back over the course of one weekend. They couldn't have been more helpful.
