Asked for urgent visit expained the time frames and was promised an AM visit within the next four dasy with a call an hour before hand to allow me time to be there ( Ithought allowong flexibility would help)
That was on a thursday, fri sat n sun all passed without the call then when I called monday AM I was told it would be Monday PM I explained my displeasure at this and again asked for the 1 hour notice call
teh first call I got was from my staff member asking me what needed testing ? I mean hello but should the tester not know ALL sockets need testing
The guy did the test and left no Cert
