Osteopaths are health workers and are allowed to see emergency patients during this time. I will wear a surgical mask, and you will also be provided with one if you do not have your own.

I’ve used the Shirley practice for several years, Ben’s professional ability to completely address the various back and shoulder complaints I’ve had over the years is amazing not to mention reassuring being in the knowledge that the next time I do something ridiculous I know he’ll be able to fix it. Puts me off moving away from the area!

Just finished a series of treatments with Ben for a shoulder / upper arm injury. The sessions were rigorous, thorough and professionally executed and I could feel the benefits as treatments progressed. Appointment times were adhered to and no waiting around. All Covid-19 measures in place. Should the need arise in future Ben will be my first point of call.

I have been attending The Shirley Practice regularly for a number of years due to ongoing back & neck problems. The treatment I receive helps me keep off painkillers. Ben is courteous, honest & reliable & if at any time I need any extra treatment he will always fit me in. I have also referred a friend who suffers from Polymyalgia to him & she is very happy with the treatment she receives. I would highly recommend this service to others.

I contacted Ben after tweaking something in my back whilst training which wasn't getting any better. I was very surprised to be offered an appointment that same evening which I gratefully accepted. I found Ben to be very professional and knowledgeable; following a thorough initial examination he started treatment that same session and the next day things were much improved. I have been back for further treatment sessions to address other niggles and received the same first class service each and every time. I would highly recommend Ben as an Osteopath.

I contacted Ben after injuring my back. Ben was extremely proffesional and after a 10-15 minute consultation Ben reccomended that I required two sessions and began therapy straight away. Before attending the session I was in quite alot of pain and I must say that I did feel comfortable with Ben largely through his proffesionalism.
I attended two sessions and was back to full health within a few weeks and I would highly reccomend using Ben's services.

I have been visiting The Shirley Practice for over a year for treatment of Fibromyalgia. The treatment has made a hugely positive difference to my mobility and pain management and Ben created a phased treatment plan for me that has allowed me longer between each appointment almost totally pain free. I have recommended The Shirley practice to several friends and relatives with back and muscular problems and they have all felt better after their visit.

I found the Shirley practice on Google last week regarding my Mum back pain. The appointment was scheduled on the same day because my Mum was in severe Pain. I found the practice very warm and friendly. Ben is so kind and professional. We were late on our appointment because of traffic but Ben waited for us.
After two sessions my Mum's back was feeling a lot better. I would definitely recommend them!
