Simply put, the machines are too old and are not maintained properly.
I've used this place a couple of times a month for 20 years, they have not replaced a single machine in all that time.
Even the washer dryer they have has broke down many, many times.
In particular, avoid washer #3.
Half the time I've used it, I've had to get them to wash again, because of the sludge that is inside the machine keeps sticking to my clothes.
It's cheap, yes, but unless they replace the machines, and soon, it won't be worth going in.
