At Torque Electrical we have been providing high end, quality engineered installations for 18 years. Specialists in power, sockets, lighting, heating, hot water control, fuse box installation, fire protection and detection. We can make your house work for you. We have extensive expertise in commercial refurbishment and services suitable for all businesses and industries.
This is a flat that we have completely refurbished for our client over in sunny Sydenham. This flat had not seen a refurbishment since it was built 30 years ago. We had designed the project for our client, which included a complete rip and re-fit of the property, insulation of all internal and external walls to ensure acoustic control and heat conservation.
Under the scope of Consultation we offer a full design and specification service, from home control and media systems to commerical power distribution systems. This service is typically undertaken when the wiring reaches certain age or condition in which it is more economical to completely replace all wiring in the dwelling or building.
We will assist you with lighting and power solutions and also offer you advice on products. We will also design lighting systems and complete layout drawings for all electrical items required. If you already have drawings for the work you are going to undertake, we specify the electrical components of the drawings for you.
But let us ease your disappointment by showing you how we can do great things with your home by making it smart. We install systems developed and built by a company called Loxone and we have been for nearly 6 years now and although they have not given us the hover board they have given us a little something else, the smart home!

Started with simple home electrical works, to then building works of a double garage and zoned home heating system. Eventually now having a full home automation with integrated CCTV and Security Systems installed.
This Company, via Mr Fortune has surprised me with there depth of knowledge and impressed me with there honesty of costings and issues.
They are now my preferred first point of call for all in and out construction / building works related company.
