Hunters are an extremely high quality, dust free woodshaving. The woodshavings are artificially dried at high temperature which results in optimum absorption of fluids. As recommended by the majority of veterinarians they are chemical and pesticide free and packed in watertight shrinked sleeves so they can be stored outside for long periods.
Seed hay is described of as a one, two or three year ley, depending on the length of time it is left undisturbed. Ryegrass, timothy, clover and alfalfa are all types of seed hay and they tend to have higher feed value than meadow hay. Meadow hay is cut from permanent pasture and contains a greater number of grasses than seed hay, it is also more easily digested.
