Having shopped around the country for our building partner we found this particular vendor of timber framing to be particularly poor. The manner of Ray {Manager we believe?} was harsh and rude! The technical sketch's crude and lacking basic information. The general work environment was extremely concerning!!
We eventually found solace in nearby competitor - Kilbroney Timber Frame whom via contrast where really professional. We happily moved into our beautiful new home this morning and could not be happier with the end project. We have blogged our entire new build on line so please like and follow

Raymond and the team offer a friendly, upbeat, efficient service - a ray of sunshine in a sector often steeped in 'mystery'. My background is in marketing and found other NI companies unpleasantly pushy - one insisted on repeating the same sales pitch in each conversation!
Raymond listened, visited the site and rapidly prepared a detailed quotation based on our specifications. His straightforward approach was most welcomed and this won him the contract!
Once commissioned my Architect husband found Foster and the team of technicians very responsive and helpful.

QTF provided us with an unreal service right from the beginning. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we felt we had a very personal service and that Raymond and his crowd have a great eye for detail. An honest company, diligent and so unbelievably helpful. Raymond was always on the end of the phone to answer questions. We are delighted with our timber frame and the service we recieved. I would highly recommend this company for timber frame. from the guys in the office doing drawings and making changes when needed. We had a few problems not even related to the timber frame. But Raymond( owner of QTF) was even then at the end of the phone helping us rectify the problem even though he had no need to. Even down to the guys fitting the timber frame a very skilled and pleasant bunch of guys. Excellent customer service all round.
