E.J.Payne Ceramic offers a range of Quality Control Instruments and Laboratory equipment for raw material, in process and finished product testing in the Ceramics manufacturing industries. Operating from our base in Stoke-on-Trent, UK, "The heart of the UK Potteries" we have many years experience in supplying equipment worldwide, and have most of the famous names in the industry as customers.
E.J.Payne Ceramic offers a range of sieve shakers that will grade samples from approximately 25mm down to 20 micron using sieves of different mesh sizes. The sieves meet the International Standards; ISO 3310, BS410, ASTM E313 - Certificates of conformity can be provided as required.

The drying and firing of ceramic samples in laboratories to either match the factory floor cycles as closely as possible or to create new firing patterns means that we have a very wide range of instruments available. General drying ovens with maximum temperatures of 250 / 300°C, with chamber sizes from as small as 6 litres up to 1,250 litres in standard models mean that most bases are covered.
The grinding of materials is crucial to producing consistent ceramic bodies & glazes. Laboratory "Pot Mills" have been used for many years in the lab for analysing small sample volumes of incoming materials. E.J.PAYNE CERAMIC have supplied standard jar mills all over the world, but more recently have designed and developed specialist roller mills for other purposes.

For the best hot tubs and price you can't go wrong with this company. Friendly staff and helpful for all your questions. Installation was quick and customer was informed of any requirements to make sure the position was to your satisfaction and once installed you were shown all the features of the hot tub from jets to filters and any extra features like Bluetooth system to led lights. Control panel was explained and was shown how to treat and test the hot tub water to keep it clean and fresh. Would highly recommend E J Payne Hot Tubs Staffordshire *****

Having looked for a Hot Tub for a few weeks we found this company on Facebook and started looking at all the Hot Tubs on their page, all the installs they had done and reading all the stories from all the happy customers, so we looked through their deals advertised on there and thought we had settled for a Hot Tub so I made contact with them via messenger and they called me to discuss our needs and options.
2 days later we decided to pay the showroom a visit and it was at this point we decided on a different Hot Tub to the original one chosen as the help and advice given was very informative.

Ok first impressions matter and from the very first contact point of ringing and speaking to Laura I was impressed with her friendly chat and knowledge which led me to visiting the same same day where I met Richard who went out of his way to explain everything about hot tubs and showed me his recommendations without being pushy in the slightest , he even sent the fitting team to look at my situation to ensure I had a suitable base and to advise me of what was needed etc , this was a free service and no hard sell was involved

Delivery and installation day went without a hitch and by the team has left us the hot tub was up and running including thorough instructions on how to use all the functions and chemicals that came with the tub, which left us nothing to do but wait for it to reach temperature .

Our fist hot tub, an HTS Blanc, was delivered at the end of August. Dan and Tris did an excellent job of installing and handing over to us and we’ve enjoyed a number of hours in there both on our own and with family. Absolutely wonderful service before and after delivery from Payne’s who have helped us with questions, chemical supplies and accessories. Would totally recommend - thank you!!

Great service and knowledge from the guys who come to fit my hot tub. Turned up on the day promptly and on time, positioned the tub exactly where we wanted it went through all the controls and water conditioning and how to go about it. They also will be on the phone if we have an issue or for any questions we may have. Would highly recommend this company if you are considering buying one.

Brilliant customer care from start to finish. Ricky & his team were so helpful with going through the different spas to coming to do the site check to the install. Alex even rang the day after the install to check all had gone ok and we were happy with everything. We absolutely love our blanc in the new odyssey colour and it was a bonus it was the newer model aswell. Thanks for everything guys, would highly recommend 😁
