In complying with the current building regulations I am able to self certify my work. This saves having the building authorities make an independent assessment (an assessment which could cost 300).
Upon completion, the work is recorded with the relevant authorities. You will receive independent certification stating that the work carried out was in accordance with current building regulations. This certification goes towards your homeowners portfolio pack. In commissioning a cooker or hob, checks are made to make sure that the appliance is safe, stable and that the safety devices are working correctly.

I was extremely happy with the work done by Nicholas at Domestic Gas Services.
It was a rather big job, replacing a very old boiler and I needed work to start quickly as I was without heating.
Nicholas sorted everything promptly, from site visit to estimate to starting work. He communicates clearly, is punctual, professional. I found him to be trustworthy and reliable and an all round nice bloke.
He kept everything tidy, protecting my wood floors and worktops well and respecting the quiet area I live in.
I would definitely use his services again and everything is working brilliantly!

Recommended by Worcester Bosch head Office as a local company in my area - figured I can’t go wrong if it’s from head office! I had the pleasure of a guy called Nicholas. Very professional. Prompt time keeping even for my last minute emergency call. I was fitted in and my problem dealt with. Brilliant quote, that this gentleman stuck to.
