Hired kingies for my sons first brithday and couldn't be happier with the service we received. They knew the venue so were able to advise on the best type of bouncy castle would work and kept me informed on the day of their timings and such. Excellent value for money and I'm not sure if the adults or children enjoyed themselves more.

Rich is a fantastic supplier to work with when organising a children's birthday party- which can often be a little stressful! He is responsive- comes back quickly over the phone with a call or a WhatsApp and genuinely does all he can to help. The weather looked very hit and miss at the weekend and Rich contacted us well in advance to discuss other potential options- ie smaller castle for an inside venue etc; and even loaded his truck with both options so we could leave it to the last minute and decide on the day weather dependent. He is very safety conscious- and that made me feel very at ease

After a last minute change in the weather, I contacted Rich with a change in the venue and was so grateful that he was able to supply us with an alternative bouncy castle that could fit indoors. My daughter’s 3rd birthday party was enjoyed by all. Thank you so much Rich for your patience, friendliness and swift responses to all queries, I really appreciate you. Would definitely recommend and be requiring more service in the future 😌

We booked the bouncy slide online, which was a very easy process. Rich was very helpful and the communication was spot on regarding the delivery and pick up. The bouncy slide was set up in like 5 mins and we all had such an amazing time! The children absolutely loved it. We will definitely be using this company again in the future and highly recommend them!

Can’t thank Kingies Castles enough. Rich and his team are so helpful and Martin was amazing when he delivered the castle as he helped cover it for us as it was spitting. Rich was so lovely keeping in touch with us as the weather looked hit & miss.
We had the Bronze package for my daughters 1st birthday party (castle, ball pit & bubble machine) fantastic value and all of the kids had a blast all day going from one thing to the next!
Us adults had time to eat while they played and the whole day was fantastic due to the castle and ball pit.
