Our delivery service is available 6 days a week from 8:30am till 5:30pm, Monday through to Saturday. Our delivery crews are equipped to handle all free standing & integrated appliances including large chest freezers, American style - side by side fridge freezers and range cookers.
If you have bought an appliance elsewhere and need help with installation, please call. Installation starts from 30.00. We are able to provide the following level of service for the installation of freestanding washing machines. Points marked with an asterix (*) are explained on our appliance installation policy page.

Excellent service from start to finish (3 days). Phil assisted us in replacing a 35 year old cooker with space limitations. Also dealt with a change of mind from my mum! Excellent fitting service from the Bell’s gas engineer who overcame problems with the space during fitting. A truly brilliant service and it was so helpful to discuss with a knowledgeable team. Highly recommended. Thank you Bells, will be using you again!

Great service start to finish. All costs explained upfront before ordering, no hidden extras! Super quick and efficient, took great care with everything (even ensuring my dog didnt escape when bringing stuff in and out of the house) and left everything clean and tidy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Went in on Christmas Eve just before it was about to close. The staff were really helpful and the owner was able to get me the exact fridge I wanted, (it wasn’t on display), deliver it and have it fitted within two hours of visiting the shop. I’ve never known product knowledge, value or service like it. Highly recommend.

Can't rate highly enough. I phoned first to see if they had a replacement motor for a washing machine. They gave some great advice on checking something else first as it may not need a full motor replacement. They were absolutely right and what would have cost a lot more was a much smaller fix. Very knowledgeable. I went down for the smaller part and they were lovely with the kids too. Would highly recommend.

My 90 year old in-laws living at home with dementia called me to say their fridge freezer had stopped working. It was integrated with a non standard door arrangement. Bells fitted a new fridge freezer 3 days later, sending two service men, one a joiner, to install & sort out the fitted fridge freezer door. I was unable to attend, but was confident & reassured that all would be OK having arranged the job with one of the directors. I was not disappointed.

Local family run business for donkeys years. Honest and helpful bought all my appliances from them.
I'm finding with bigger companies/retailers you just another number and don't really care. Bells is far from that. They did help out a lot on advice and which appliance is best for my needs.
My advice is to keep it local.
