I honestly cannot recommend Chris Spinks and the team at Broadland Consultants enough. Chris secured us a very competitive mortgage for our new house two years ago. As the fixed rate was approaching its end this year, Chris contacted us well in advance to evaluate and discuss re-mortgage options. As a result he managed to secure us a better offer than that originally offered by our current lender. We would highly recommend Chris if you're looking for an excellent mortgage broker - he honestly simplifies the whole process and is constantly one step ahead!
