We charge a fixed fee of 100 plus VAT for an initial appointment to discuss the options available to you. In addition to privately funded work we have a contract with the Legal Aid Agency. However, availability for this is limited due to changes that came in 2013. Legal Aid is available to parents who are involved in care proceeding issued by the local authority.

We understand the cost of legal proceedings can be both confusing and expensive. Our approach, here at HMD Family Law, is to be completely clear and transparent. From your first appointment you will receive a full estimate of the costs you are likely to incur and when you are expected to meet these costs.
Hayley is a member of the Law Society Mental Health Panel and has considerable experience in this field. We are contracted with the Legal Aid Agency which means that where a client is detained under the Mental Health Act, we can provide advice and representation at the Mental Health Review Tribunal free of charge, regardless of your income.

Hayley Davies is a corrupt solicitor who is pro social services has no problem working with you if there is a conflict in interests especially in custody battles with your ex I experienced all this in Carmarthen when she worked there in fact I was worse off by the time she had finished than when I first hired her ..I would hate to think that she would get a chance to destroy another family so I'm leaving this review ...she is a liar and a crookwho doesn't care what she has to do to get your money she will adjurn your case as much as possible to gain more money ....avoid at all costs if you want
