Beautiful showroom with a huge range of stunning uprights and grand pianos. The staff were very helpful and not at all pushy. Would definitely recommend and will go back next time I upgrade.

Clements Pianos is one of the most wonderful shops I have ever been to. Their range of pianos, new and used, is impressive. But for me it’s the staff and the showroom that shine. The acoustics are fantastic and the staff have so much knowledge and take the time to make you feel valued. Also, the guarantee on a used piano is very nice to have. I went to check out a new upright blüthner and bought a humble challen. The point being that whether i spent 10000 or 1000 pounds the staff care was the same.

I bought my brand new piano here 3 1/2 years ago. As per the terms and conditions of their guarantee it was supposed to be tuned 6monthly by their own tuner. However, each time it was tuned by a different person and they were only here for about 30 minutes each time, which in my experience is pretty quick for a tuner, especially with a new piano which will no doubt change quite a bit initially until it settles. I therefore contacted another tuner who came out and said that if i hadn't told him he wouldn't have believed the piano had been tuned at all. So, I have since been using him to tune my
