Welcome to Tara's Table, the top private chef service and corporate event caterer in Bristol. We love bringing people together through food, whether it's an intimate private dinner at home, or a large corporate event. All of our food preparation is done from our purpose built professional kitchen tucked away in Westbury-on-Trym in Bristol, where we grow our own herbs and even a few veg - and we always compost all our food waste.
It's a self contained haven where food miracles happen regularly. Tara's Table has a Five Star Food Hygiene rating from Bristol Environmental Health. Tara catered a documentary shoot that I set up in Bristol and I was very impressed with the quality, freshness and look of the dishes. Her catering appeared on camera as well as feeding families who appeared on camera and shoot crew alike.

Working with Tara on our corporate Office Launch was made incredibly easy by Tara's quick communication and flexibility. We were able to order high quantities of well prepared food that satisfied our 80 guests. The waitresses provided were efficient, professional and a wonderful addition to the service.

I chose Tara because of her commitment to sustainable, seasonal produce. Many of the dishes contained ingredients from her own garden. I wish I lived in Bristol so that I could order again! Heartily recommended.

Tara catered a hen party dinner for us a few weekends ago. The food was fantastic. The options on her menu were varied and she was happy to make an entirely vegetarian meal for us taking into account intolerances. Tara was very professional; she cooked and served the food within the time frame agreed and cleared up her workspace at the end of the evening, even loading the dishwasher so we did not have to do anything.

Tara is a fantastic professional chef. Taking care of everything, Tara came to our house and we enjoyed an absolutely stunning meal for a birthday party with ten of us. Hors d’oeuvres (crab cakes, prawns, feta & peach, starter (scallops with rosemary cream sauce), main (duck, dauphinois with cherry sauce), dessert (profiteroles, strawberries) and cheeseboard- all were excellent. We highly recommend Tara (and she has already worked with us again and delivered another great meal). Thank you!

Tara catered our wedding with 97 guests, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Tara is a consummate professional, the food was delicious (especially the canapés!) and the service was excellent. All round incredible value for money also. When we first met Tara to discuss our menu, we were instantly reassured by her clear wealth of experience, and she masterfully accommodated numerous dietary requirements. I cannot recommend her highly enough, we will certainly consider her for any future events. Thank you Tara, and also all of your waiting staff, Andrew and Rosie.

Tara cooked for us this weekend - a private intimate dinner party. It was amazing , the food was wonderful, delicious, imaginative, tasty, well presented and everything homemade including crackers etc. The canapés too were lovely and the wine flight that accompanied the meal was perfect - again carefully selected.

Tara prepared a fabulous vegetarian Mexican feast for my daughter's 21st birthday lunch. It's the first time I had worked with a caterer in my home and she made the experience so relaxed and happy for all of us. The food was super plentiful (everyone who wanted seconds had plenty) and it was absolutely delicious. Thank you.

Tara's support of my recent business launch event was fantastic. Tara provided very tasty canapes that were so enjoyable and surprisingly filling. In the lead up to the event Tara took full responsibility for the food and required very little input from me. This meant I could focus on other areas. I highly recommend Tara and Tara's Table.
