Buying a property is probably the biggest financial commitment you are likely to make and it is therefore essential that you employ a property expert to make sure the process of buying or selling a house is completed as quickly as possible with the minimum of stress and inconvenience. All property work within our firm is handled by fully qualified, experienced, solicitors.
At Lambert Taylor & Gregory, we aim to make seeing a solicitor as straight forward and stress free as possible. With this in mind we have prepared a conveyancing glossary which explains some of the words and phrases commonly used or associated with the process of buying or selling a house. Greg qualified in 2003 and joined the firm in 2012.

We have just sold our house in Gateshead using Lambert Taylor & Gregory. It was an old property and the sale was not straight forward but the team guided us through the process which at times was stressful but they kept me calm 😊 and got the sale to completion. I would like to single out Dawn Crawford from the team who was always very quick to respond to my questions and to requests from our buyers. They have been extremely professional and I can highly recommend them.

Extremely unprofessional.
Ethics and integrity are basic requirements for a Wills and Probate Solicitor, sadly this firm lacks either and instead concentrates on its ‘bill padding’ using extremely dubious unethical practices, causing completely unnecessary prolonged suffering at a time of bereavement. Staff also require training in data protection laws and respect. Sadly, morality and common courtesy training courses aren’t available.
