I love beauty base because I find fragrances that are discontinued . I love classic glamorous scents that suits my lifestyle and personality . So fir that reason is amazing that now they have there own boutique also the price is amazing 🤩 it’s always a plus . Takes me back to my high school days with all this perfumes from the 90’s. Such an amazing idea. I love it 😻

Beauty base - lakeside Lovely gentleman panashe helped me find products for my skin. He was very understanding and knowledgeable to skin care products and what are ingredients are in them. I informed him I had… sensitive skin and that not all products work well with me! He helped me choose on the basis of my skin which is normal to oily. Introducing me to the brand frezyderm in which he used himself and said help clear up which made me feel confident and reassured when buying the product!

I would definitely recommend Beauty Base! I received my Estee Lauder Perfume this morning, i was a little apprehensive in ordering from a company id never heard of ... BUT... this is the Kosher thing! No fakes here!! The packaging was excellent too. The perfume is a gorgeous fragrance as usual. Very happy customer here!

I was visiting Westfield White City branch where amazing Julita served me. I was really surprised of her professionalism and knowledge of perfumes. She showed me the best perfume for me that I couldn’t not to buy. Really appreciate her kindness and I’m glad to meet her. If you need a good advise ask for Julita she will definitely be helpful!❤️

Placed a order on November 24th and I still don’t have my order, and they will not refund me as they say they are waiting for Royal Mail, even though it’s clear the parcel has been lost, as the tracking shows it’s been stuck at the same depot now for 60 days. I send them another email reading this which has been ignored, I hate to be one of them people that complaining but this is ridiculous now and unlawful.

What should have been a simple purchase recently was anything but. Numerous emails back & forth. Complicated payment process that didn't even work as other websites have. Then I got asked to complete a survey which didn't even work properly. I will be requesting my account is closed and will unsubscribe from emails.

I went to the shop after I had spotted their promotions in the shop window. I started to look around and when the shop assistant approached me, I asked about 'a pink Calvin Klein' currently on offer in the window. I was expecting she'd be knowledgeable about the current promotions but no. Instead of taking me to the CK shelf straight away, she asked if I remembered the name. I didn't, so she was about to abandon me. So I asked if she could point me to the CK shelf. Not being able to find the perfume from the window on the shelf, I went out of the shop to check the name.
