I’ve used select oven cleaning for the last 3 years. This year they booked in the clean and I took the afternoon off work and they failed to show up. After attempting to re-book and offering me a date a while later I replied saying ‘yes what time?’ And I got a response to say my slot has been given to someone else. I replied within 5 mins. It’s an unprofessional way to go about things and they’ve at no point addressed my complaint

Cleaned my mother in laws oven and honestly I can’t believe the service!
The oven was left half dirty (to the point she had to then spend almost an hour cleaning it herself as she was too afraid to tell my husband - her son)
The man that ‘cleaned’ it was very unprofessional, got extremely aggressive with her when she pointed out the dirt she could initially see, pushily tried to sell her a whole bunch of other services even AFTER she told him she wasn’t interested! And to top it off had the cheek to smoke at the back of the van he was in, along with throwing the remnants
