It is helpful if you could arrive few minutes early for your first appointment as we will need to take your details to create a record for you before seeing the dentist. New patients to the practice can expect to receive a full examination on their first appointment including a check on the health of their gums and soft tissues in addition to their teeth.
You might not feel there's anything wrong with your teeth but it's essential to have regular check-ups to keep your mouth healthy, and make sure any issues are dealt with as soon as possible - or prevent them altogether. Remember, it's much easier to prevent problems, than cure them. Teeth can become damaged by physical wear and tear or by tooth decay, caused primarily by consuming sugary foods and drinks.

I attended this practice for years but after a bad experience in Bristol, and other dentists (even private ones) refusing to take me on, I went back. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful (a contrast to the ones I spoke to in Bristol!) and dentist and hygienist first rate. It was great to feel treated like a valued customer, which is not something I've felt for a few years in other dentists.

Had a hygienist appointment with Sim who was fantastic. It was my first appointment with a hygienist and she was so gentle and caring, and also gave great advice / information based on my unique case. Felt like being pampered <3 this is a great practice. Very well run and welcoming in general.

Had a painless, careful but slightly uncomfortable ( as you would expect) extraction from Jiten - his assistant and desk staff are excellent. If you can afford private charges, I can highly recommend this dental practice

Kicked out all NHS patients without any communication at all.
Only found out when trying to book an appointment.
I thought the service was only so so when it was subsidised, so I certainly won't be going back as a full price private patient.

After being a patient at this practice for over 24 years, having had excellent treatment from both Martin Bean and laterly Morwenna I have found out via a friend that this practice appears to be dumping all of its NHS patients in favour of its Private Patients.
Excellent customer service in informing its loyal customers directly☹
Goodbye.

As one who’s little fearful of receiving dental treatment I was apprehensive about getting treatment from my new dentist. But Dr. Jiten Doshi was amazing. His technique for injections meant there was virtually no pain, even the front upper area. Great teamwork with his assistant with both caring, considerate and reassuring throughout the treatment.
Lots of attention was paid to colour and polished finish and also ensuring trouble free flossing. End result is excellent. I said to him afterwards “I can’t say it as a pleasant experience but I wouldn’t say it was an unpleasant experience either
