We needed some bespoke work done for a wall in the living area of our kitchen. We needed 3D wall panelling fitted and a floating TV unit made. I rang Boyd and he was happy and helpful in discussing everything… we wanted in detail. Boyd is friendly, very professional and reliable. He listens to what you need and advises the best way to do things. This gave me confidence in him to do the work just as we wanted. Boyd from the moment I sent an enquiry to relocate 55” LCD TV from traditional TV cabinet to wall mounted on solid brick chimney breast He was totally customer service driven! The quotation was sent the following day and included moving virgin set top box cables under the floor cavity around 4 meters. Boyd arrived on time was extremely polite and… following all Covid19 guidelines during his time in the premises.

I feel fortunate that I contacted AV installs to wall mount my tv. Boyd is one of the most geniunely decent people I have had the pleasure of dealing with. His work was top notch, he cleaned up after himself and just went above and beyond.
My tv was a heavy one and the wall itself was only plasterboard but he made it look easy. Super happy with the results.
