Our Global also lives on the road. Down route maintenance and repair has always been a headache for us. Always had exemplary service and support from Colin, Mike and the team, both on our CL604 and Global aircraft. Top blokes. I've know both Colin and Mike for years and they go the extra mile to help out.
Bombardier and the service centres could learn a thing or two from these guys.
P.S. If there are any Global operators out there, buy one of Excellence's Air Start Adapters, it's gotten us out of trouble more than once. Worth every cent.

Our Global lives on the road.....no home base and no tech on staff. Every time we've asked Colin and his team for support it has been nothing but success. Example - we chased a door seal issue for months at 2 different authorized service centers with no luck. Colin and his team found the issue and fixed it almost immediately. Can't say enough good about this group! They are EXACTLY what every service center should strive to be.
