Lewis and his team were absolutely fantastic moving us last week at really short notice and although they already had bookings on the day we wanted, Lewis came up with a solution that worked for us and meant we didn't have to delay the move.
With two little kids and jobs to go to, we paid for the packing service and it was the best money spent, everything was packed neatly, labelled clearly, every fragile ornament wrapped carefully and I'm pleased to report that nothing got damaged in transit!The guys worked extremely hard, furniture had to be lifted over the balcony as the staircase was too narrow, reassembling and then assembling very large pieces of furniture.

Out of our old house by 12.30 and they left the new house by 5!
Everything went so smoothly with an extremely efficient team who didn't stop and were very polite.

We used Butlers to move us out of our 4 story office block, with only one days notice!
The service we received was outstanding, we cannot express how pleased we were with the team. They were professional at all times, very patient with us when we were constantly changing plans and went above and beyond.

We used Butlers in February 2021 for a local move in the Birmingham area. We found all
of the staff to be very approachable, hard working and respectful of our possessions. We used their full packing service, best decision ever, took all of the stress out of the move. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Moved from inside Sutton Coldfield to a different county, the boys were prompt, careful and did everything required and more. Highly recommended for any service provided - we used the service where they disassembled and reassembled many items in the new property to perfection. Great work .

Cant thank Lewis and his guys enough for our house move. Didnt exchange contracts until the day before so wasnt much time for planning. Arrived early and took great care in our belongings didnt take long to load up. Unloading into new house was really smooth with everything put into the right rooms with care. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends who have moved coming up.
