Meet the management team who coordinate the talented professionals behind your translation project. A graduate of Liverpool University, Darren has worked in the translation industry since 2004 and has a wealth of knowledge enabling him to assist companies with their language needs. Keen to support language skills and development in the West Midlands, Darren is on the advisory panel for Aston University.
Our linguists have the industry-specific knowledge, skill and experience required to accurately translate your content. DITA is an open source XML-based architecture developed and offered free of charge by IBM and OASIS. Specialist software for automated translation of text or speech, with or without human post-editing.
We know that the accuracy of our translation is critical to the safety, reputation and success of our clients' products and services worldwide. With this in mind, we place quality at the heart of everything we do. Our project workflows conform to the internationally recognised Quality Management Standard ISO 9001:2015.
The skilled human linguists at the centre of our operation are assisted by an array of technologies that deliver real benefits to our clients. Similarly, our project managers are supported by technology that creates a secure environment for all projects. We continually update our translation technology, but never for the sake of it.
Our multilingual PMs are highly-experienced with a keen attention to detail. Before each project begins, they carefully check your source content for errors and inconsistencies, consulting with you to ensure the translation has the best possible starting point. Meticulous checking of completed translations for appropriate style, accuracy, meaning, clarity, consistency and of course spelling, grammar and punctuation.

I worked with Darren and the Word Hub team on several occasions in my role in marketing at a Higher Education institution. Projects were predominantly translating collateral into Simplified Mandarin, but they also translated content into Arabic, Russian, Bulgarian and a range of other languages too. One of the key reasons we worked with the Word Hub was because of their formatting service, so we had confidence that final files were accurate, and translated content wasn't being dropped in by our in house design team from a word doc, which can often lead to errors in translation. I needed several large briefing documents translated into multiple European languages. I found WordHub via a recommendation from a colleague who said they offered a high quality but personal approach to the tasks. I’d had poor experiences of being fobbed off and let down by large multinationals providers, so was very pleased when they took the job on, completed it to budget and to the SLA.
