Find sewing classes, downloads and projects with Bernina's Learn & Create. Janome's How To videos are available on YouTube. These will show you how to use the different feet and give tip & hints on sewing techniques. The BERNINA Learn & Create section lets you in on the BERNINA blog and the BERNINA sewing magazine <> as well as ideas, instructions, downloads, and creative tips and tricks.
We offer free delivery within the UK on orders over 50, all orders less than 50 are charged 1.95 for second class delivery. Delivery period for sewing machines and accessories is within 7 days. Horn furniture takes up to 28 working days from the date of order. Stock availability allowing, all deliveries using our own vehicles will be carried out within a 28 working day period starting from the day of us receiving your order.
All servicing is carried out to the highest standard by factory trained engineers and is guaranteed for 6 months. Any extra work or parts required will be quoted for before being carried out. I came in yesterday wanting to buy a particular sewing machine which had been recommended by my (highly experienced) mother in law. I was treated as though I was an imbecile. I was told that there was no way that that particular machine could do the job I needed (make curtains) and I needed a different (strangely - more expensive) machine. I… asked why, and was told briefly about gearing versus drivebelts. No actual explanation, just technical terms thrown at me dismissively.
I asked if he could recommend another machine closer to my £250 budget that could do the job, and I was again

We visited the shop today to look at sewing machines as I am in need of an upgrade. As soon as we arrived we received a warm welcome and taken through to the machines.
We were given fantastic information and advice, as well as demonstrations and I was able to try out a machine too.
It was great to be able to make an informed decision with so much information on hand.
I am excited to come back and have another browse sometime soon - I am always in need of stocking up...
