I've used salon tracker since 2008! Back then it was known as studio tracker. I've stayed with salon tracker all of these years because its extremely user friendly and the customer service is excellent.
The HQ (head quarters) is also an amazing tool for me. It mean I can remotely monitor, manage and amend pricing, products and offers in all my shops.

When I called to enquire about salon tracker Christie was very informative and helpful from the start. I decided to go ahead with salon tracker software and I was extremely pleased with the service and training that I received from Christie. We have been using salon tracker for almost 9 months and love the software. We haven’t had any problems however some of my staff have became stuck on a few things but salon tracker always answer our calls or messages rapidly and solve any issues or problems that we have. Highly recommend salon tracker!!

From the moment I enquired about Salon Tracker the staff have been nothing but helpful. Halle was so informative and professional helping me initially set the system up and being accessible at any point to help with any queries or problems i’ve had along the way. The system itself is brilliant and takes any administrative pressure away when running a busy salon. I definitely couldn’t live without it and would highly recommend it to anyone.
