From 2006 there has been a legal requirement for employers with an at risk workforce to ensure regular checks are made of their employees hearing. My husband visited here less than 2 weeks ago. He had had 4 appointments with nurse at GP practice cancelled- pre covid by the way. He was at his wits end as he struggled to hear phone calls, hear what was being said on t.v. Bryce hearing to the rescue and he is like a new man!! Absolutely delighted.

Jayne has been removing my wax for two years now and has done a sterling job!, very professional but always has time for a chat.
My last visit was last week and was handed a face mask and hand gel and also required a temprature check, they now wear full medical PPE and face shield it was very reassuring thank you Bryce Hearing :)

I visited Jayne today after suffering hearing loss in my right ear due to excess hard ear wax. I received a very warm welcome from Jayne and the receptionist. I was then taken to the treatment room and the irrigation procedure was very well explained. It was carried out professionally and pain free. I would highly recommend Bryce Hearing Services.

I would highly recommend Jayne at Bryce Hearing Services. My son has ASD and can struggle with loud noises especially during social times at school. Jayne sorted him out with ear plugs that reduces the noise levels for him. My son noticed an instant difference in noise levels when using his ear plugs. Jayne was very helpful and had a lot of patience for my son who isn't a fan of having his ears touched.

Excellent service at Bryce Hearing Services. I visited Jayne when I was having problems with hearing loss in one ear. Jayne took the time to listen to the background of my symptoms and tested my hearing. My results showed that I had lost all the hearing in on ear. Jayne broke the bad news to me gently that my deafness was almost certainly… permanent, and took time to explain the test results and possible options clearly to me. She also recommended treatment that I required urgently from my doctors and was a constant source of support after my appointment.

Tried the nhs, tried one other hearing services place. Started to think that wax was going to be there forever. Bryce hearing services did the job without pain or discomfort in 20 mins, totally clear now. Incredible. Very reasonable price and helpful staff highly recommend. Thank you Bryce hearing services!

Delighted with the service I received at Bryce Hearing Services. Firstly, I received a warm welcome as I walked through the door. I then met with Jayne who talked through and carried the process of getting fitted for some sleep plugs to aid a good nights sleep. I arranged to collect my new sleep plugs and Jayne took time to show me how to use them correctly. I tested out my new sleep plugs at the weekend and they were absolutely great! I certainly had the best nights sleep I've had away from home, quite possibly ever! I would thoroughly recommend Bryce Hearing Services.
