We take our corporate social responsibility very seriously, looking at the environmental, social and economic implications of our business decisions. We're proud to be at the forefront of Edinburgh's conservation and redevelopment programme and we put responsible sustainability at the very heart of everything we do.
AMA Homes is a family-run business, so we take the success of our developments personally. We demand the highest standards from our developments because we believe that's what our clients deserve. We call on award-winning architects to provide unique solutions for each new site and work closely with the suppliers and craftspeople who make that vision a reality.
Springwell is AMA's newest Edinburgh residential development. There are 48 new homes: 35 spacious apartments, 5 contemporary duplexes, 6 family-sized townhouses and 2 lodge houses. The options are designed to appeal to the needs of a wide range of buyers and this approach has proved popular, with 40% of the development sold.
Torwood is the perfect example of an AMA Homes development, combining the painstaking restoration and sympathetic conversion of historic properties with the construction of beautifully detailed contemporary apartments. A magnificent Victorian villa lies at the heart of this development, which is being restored and converted into two spacious four and five bedroom homes.

We’ve got our apartment from AMA 2 years ago. We were looking for a new building, but didn’t expect to find something that would satisfy us completely. First, we’ve met Behnam and he showed us two different… houses, we’ve liked the one on McEwan square since it was close to Haymarket and the apartment itself was very bright and spacious (130 sm). Firstly , we’ve noticed a playground right in front of our building, this is not something you usually see in Edinburgh. Then, we’ve paid attention to the tile/carpet floor and underfloor heating in every room

I've owned an AMA home in Edinburgh for 7 years and have been very happy there. Its a well built property and as well as being a great home to live in I'm also sure it has been a good solid investment. AMA staff were so approachable throughout the process, so I'd be more than happy to recommend them.
