Action Watersports is family-owned and based on a beautiful lake, the team is like a big family, you're always welcomed with a smile. Water-ski competitors Simon & Di founded it in 2001 and transformed the once barren lake into a world-class Watersports venue. Simon, British Water Ski Coach and GB Team Member, to this day still competes for England in Barefoot Water-skiing.

Look, I'm not a huge lover of water based activities so take my review with that in mind... the kids and my husband had great fun. Apparently not quite as big or fun as Bewl water, but kept them occupied and super happy for 50 mins... I would have been happy to get out after 10 mins, after I'd been round once though (again, remember I don't find it that exciting!). Staff lovely, professional, helpful... changing rooms good, wetsuits and buoyancy vests included, plenty of places to park (free). Wish the water rides had had availability as love being dragged round on an inflatable doughnut (advise

Booked paddle boarding for my birthday today, thought I had booked for 1.30pm but to my horror had realised at 12.00 that our session was in fact 12.30. I phoned to explain my mistake and to apologise and the lovely lady who took my call was so helpful and understanding and reassured me that they would accommodate me and my party so that we got to have our session. Her passing comment was drive safely and we will see you soon.
Once there the staff were helpful polite and explained how to use the equipment.

One of the best days out we’ve had in a very long time. I took my daughter to do the Ringo and aqua park to kick start our holiday and left with nothing but smiles and great memories. The team genuinely feel like they want to be there. Right from the start of booking it, it seemed like nothing was too much. It really felt like A personal experience from start to finish. Family of 5 had a great time here on the water adventure course. Wetsuits and good buoyancy aids provided. You book for an hour, and they limit the number of people using it. Good safety controls and great fun, if hard work for the unfit! Staff were very friendly too. Great family fun, that doesn’t take all day.
