Amazing showroom. The view of the factory was great. It was amazing to see how your sofa was made. Lots of sofas and styles to try in the showroom. The lead time was a bit lengthy (but isn’t everything at the moment?) but well worth waiting for. The delivery was as agreed, on time and all packaging taken away. Being a muppet. We ordered the Harrington Corner sofa 4x3 and the Winged Armchair with footstool.
All items are finished to an extremely high standard. They are exactly what we wanted. I dealt with the sales staff on the phone a couple of times to get the order right, and they were very polite and helpful.
The delivery guys were also top notch, very friendly and stay distanced as delivery occurred during lockdown.
Would highly recommend.

We ordered a Drake 2.5 seater sofa in Dune Fudge leather and a matching Imperial armchair and two months after delivery we are still delighted with both of them. Delivery was actually a little ahead of what had been promised and the quality and look of the pieces is very good. Being made in the UK is a bonus as well.

Terrible customer service. Rude, threatening delivery drivers with no PPE. We were delivered an incomplete corner unit that we had waited 4 months for. Delivery drivers said it wouldn’t fit through the door(a door order we had measured and according to the English Sofa Company was big enough and which we managed to fit through the door when they… had gone). Harassed us to sign a delivery note (which we didn’t do) for 2 pieces of a corner unit which we couldn’t see because they hadn’t unwrapped and assembled them. ESC were informed and did not respond to phone calls

Appalling customer care !! We placed our order for two sofa's at just over £4,000, with a 'Guaranteed delivery for Christmas' promise. Over two weeks later we were told the fabric is now out of stock, but offering us a totally different colour, (green, blue, or grey, instead of aubergine). Told the fabric would be in before Christmas and our sofa'… s should still be here in time. Then told they 'might be after Christmas'. Now been told the fabric is not in until 18th January, meaning our sofa's should be here some time in February. When I complained I was sent a copy of their T&

I ordered a fantastic value sofa bed from The English Sofa Company, the quality of the item itself is first class and the process of ordering and delivery was also excellent. The delivery men had the difficult task of getting it upstairs however they managed just that! I contacted them afterwards as one of the feet had been damaged in transit, they quickly responded and sent a new foot out to me! Thank you, Luke

We spent well over £2,000 on a three piece suite just over two years ago. It was the second suite we have purchased from this company. Thje first suite is still going strong and has been passed to relatives. The cushions on the second suite have been sagging for some time. We recently got in touch with the company and asked for some help. We just got told to buy new cushions. We also sent a photo of one of the back cushions from one of the chairs which was sagging and crooked. The company said it did not see what the problem was. We are extremely disappointed with the quality of this second purchase
